We started our collaboration with Purely Professional by investigating their needs for a modern E-Commerce platform. Our goal was to ensure that our solution could meet their expectations. After careful consideration, it became clear that Shopify was the perfect solution that not only met their requirements but also gave them the flexibility to handle operational tasks themselves in the future.

We then designed a new brand universe for Purely Professional, which should improve the user experience, highlight the products and simplify access to information. After successful approval of the wireframe design, we undertook a comprehensive migration that also included porting an existing loyalty system. However, it turned out that it was time to upgrade to a new and better solution. That's why we built a new loyalty system in Rivo.IO and migrated it together with Shopify to deliver the best experience to their customers.
