Blid Care was established with a clear mission to deliver beauty products of the highest quality, focusing on the effectiveness of ingredients and their ability to enhance consumers' hair care. As a new brand, they faced the challenge of creating a digital platform that could communicate their core values and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Additionally, Blid Care wanted to integrate features that could enhance customer engagement and drive sales through strategic solutions. With a desire for a Shopify-based platform, they sought a partner who could work closely with their team to create a solution that not only met their requirements but also ensured flexibility for future growth.

The collaboration between Blid Care and Mercive was founded on close dialogue and ongoing adjustments to ensure that the platform met both technical and aesthetic requirements. Mercive assisted in setting up Shopify and integrating Klaviyo, along with a range of third-party applications, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience.

The design was developed with a strong focus on storytelling about the ingredients and the positive effects of the products on hair. The platform was built to highlight Blid Care's product benefits and create a visually appealing and user-friendly experience that engages customers.

Additionally, we implemented automated upsell features that encourage customers to upgrade from individual products like shampoo and conditioner to product bundles directly in the cart. This made it easy for customers to choose the most valuable solution and contributed to an increased average order value.
