Performance enhancement for future growth

In a world where we are coerced into constantly refreshing our wardrobes, forét as a fashion brand takes a bold stance to offer items that stretch across occasions. We have upgraded them to a Shopify 2.0 solution with increased flexibility and design opportunities, together with a clear DtC growth strategy.

Leveraging the foundation for further growth

To enable full functionality for forét, we started by upgrading them to a Shopify 2.0 solution, adding more flexibility throughout the website. This allows the team to customize more sections on different pages for the many collection launches throughout the year.

Alongside the migration, we made various design and functionality updates to enhance the customer experience. Our optimization goal was to provide visitors with improved browsing options and help them easily find what they were looking for.

By enhancing the design for both mobile and desktop, we effectively showcased forét as a brand and delivered the omni experience their customers expect. We designed and developed several functionalities, including a dynamic cart slider with upsell, site search, filter functionality, an optimized product display page (PDP) with organized content, and clear calls to action (CTAs).

With the foundation now established, we are focused on building an ecommerce strategy and implementing activities to significantly scale direct-to-consumer (DtC) operations over the next three years.

Conversion Rate Skyrockets by 657% for forét

forét experienced an 8% increase in Average Order Value, indicating a higher level of customer engagement and willingness to spend more. The conversion rate has skyrocketed by an impressive 657%, highlighting the effectiveness of the migration and updates of functionalities. The significant 1,470% increase in items added to cart showcases the improved appeal and desirability of their products.

By optimizing the PDP, we successfully nurtured more conversions, streamlining the customer journey and facilitating more seamless purchases. The implementation of hover functions and size preview has further reduced the clicks and minimized friction for potential buyers, enhancing the overall experience.

Lastly, migrating to Shopify 2.0 has provided forét with improved speed and flexibility to control content and adjust sections for each collection.
