When branding and UX is first priority

In our initial discussions with Les Deux regarding their specific requirements, it became evident that there was an essential need to enhance the user journey and experience on their website, while ensuring their well-established identity and brand experience remained intact. They expressed a clear expectation for improving the overall navigation experience and facilitating a smoother transition between different pages on the platform.

Fast execution with full focus on quality

With a strong desire to preserve Les Deux's identity and brand experience, we have focused on making their journey simpler and clearly defining who and what Les Deux actually represents. The new webshop is designed to engage both new visitors and loyal customers.

Although we started the project a bit late, we ambitiously embarked on improving Les Deux's eCommerce experience with the goal of delivering an excellent user experience. With Black Friday and the Christmas sale just around the corner, we effectively mobilized our resources. Our mantra was to preserve Les Deux's branding without compromising user-friendliness.

We placed special emphasis on the details to ensure that visitors and loyal customers could easily navigate and find what they wanted. Speed was crucial, and our goal was to minimize the loss of potential buyers.

Strengthening the user journey

The new webshop has resulted in a first-class online shopping experience for Les Deux's customers. The improved search function, including generic suggestions, keeps the user journey uninterrupted. With enhanced filtering, visitors can quickly find exactly what they are looking for. The intuitive navigation and the exploratory collection page enable direct product browsing without leaving the page.

The high speed and detailed transitions between collection and product page create an enhanced funnel structure that simply guides the users. The product page, equipped with all necessary information, is a central resource for informed decisions.

Overall, we have created a digital platform that not only meets but exceeds expectations, and strengthens Les Deux's position as a prominent brand in online fashion retail.
