KIZEN is a mens beauty brand owned by the Suntory Group in Japan with ambitions to establish a strong direct to consumer presence in the United States. The brand was entering a highly competitive market where speed clarity and execution were critical.

As a new brand KIZEN needed a scalable ecommerce foundation that could support both direct to consumer sales and marketplace distribution while enabling subscriptions customer engagement and future growth.
