KIZEN is a mens beauty brand owned by the Suntory Group in Japan with ambitions to establish a strong direct to consumer presence in the United States. The brand was entering a highly competitive market where speed clarity and execution were critical.

As a new brand KIZEN needed a scalable ecommerce foundation that could support both direct to consumer sales and marketplace distribution while enabling subscriptions customer engagement and future growth. The setup had to be efficient reliable and ready for launch across multiple channels from day one.

We partnered with KIZEN Japan to design and launch their ecommerce setup on Shopify alongside an Amazon presence for the US market.

The project followed a structured process across discovery design development and deployment ensuring alignment between brand business and execution. We designed wireframes for key pages across mobile and desktop and translated them into a clean and conversion focused storefront ready for launch.

We set up subscriptions through Recharge, customer service workflows through Gorgias and CRM through Klaviyo. In parallel we implemented core marketing integrations analytics and tracking to ensure full visibility and performance from launch.

The result was a strong ecommerce ecosystem supporting direct sales subscriptions and marketplace distribution with the flexibility to scale as the brand grows.
