Optimizing global ecommerce for performance and growth
A fast growing performance brand scaling across markets
SAYSKY is a rapidly growing running brand expanding across multiple international markets with increasing product complexity and strong global partnerships including PUMA.
Operating across seven dedicated markets, the existing ecommerce setup needed to better support customer journeys, product education and consistency across regions. At the same time, internal workflows around product data and operations required improvement to keep pace with growth.
The challenge was to evolve the ecommerce experience without losing speed while creating a stronger connection between product functionality, brand storytelling and conversion.
A redesigned customer journey built for scale and performance
We partnered with SAYSKY to redesign and build key parts of the ecommerce experience with a strong focus on usability, product understanding and engagement.
The project included a new homepage, collection pages, product pages, search, cart drawer, bundle setup and product comparison on collection pages. Each component was designed to guide users more clearly through the product range and communicate the functional benefits of SAYSKYs running apparel.
In parallel, we supported SAYSKY in merging their ERP setup and connecting a new PIM solution to create better structure, data consistency and internal workflows. This ensured the frontend improvements were supported by a scalable and efficient backend foundation across all markets.
