Rebuilding commerce to support brand evolution and growth

SUI AVA er et velkendt accessories-brand, anerkendt for sit legende og farverige univers af håraccessories. Med ambitiøse vækstmål og en opdateret brandidentitet var brandet klar til næste skridt ved at udvide til tøj og bredere fashion-kategorier.

Den eksisterende ecommerce-opsætning var ikke længere tilstrækkelig til at understøtte denne udvikling. SUI AVA havde brug for en ny platform, der kunne håndtere øget kompleksitet, højere trafik og et bredere sortiment, samtidig med at den sikrede en smidig og inspirerende shoppingoplevelse på tværs af kanaler.

Målet var at genopbygge Shopify-platformen for at understøtte performance, skalerbarhed og brandudtryk, samtidig med at virksomheden blev forberedt på fortsat vækst.

Together with SUI AVA, we designed and built a brand new Shopify platform focused on performance, scalability and ease of use across both B2C and omnichannel touchpoints.

The setup was fully custom designed to reflect SUI AVAs creative energy, while supporting a more advanced product structure as the brand expands into clothing. We redesigned key user journeys across homepage, collections, product pages, search and cart to create an effortless and inspiring shopping experience.

To support personalization and conversion, we implemented AI powered product recommendations using Rebuy Engine, enabling more relevant product discovery and tailored shopping journeys.

The result is a flexible and scalable Shopify foundation that supports SUI AVA’s growth ambitions, while preserving the brands visual identity.
